A pioneering project initiated by AKA Beverly Hills in collaboration with Airstream 2 Go, AKA Mobile Suite invites guests to explore the beautiful coast of California from the comfort of a sleek airstream trailer. Dubbed the world’s first luxury mobile suite, this dapper hotel room on wheels features AKA signature comforts and swank leather interiors accented with colorful pieces by L.A. fashion designer Trina Turk. In addition to its comfy bedroom, fully-equipped kitchen, luxuriously appointed living area and plush bathroom stocked with Bulgari toiletries, the airstream packs everything you need for outdoor adventures, from gas grill and camping chairs to AKA bikes available for rent.

Each unit is carefully hand-built with engineered attention to detail and quality, featuring Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired aesthetics and outstanding design elements such as built-in beds, professional wood windows, walk-in custom tile showers, French doors, heated tile floors, bespoke outdoor living spaces, a glorious glass wall and plenty of designer fixtures. The stylish RVs come in various forms and can be customized to fit the customer’s needs.
BaseCamp Bonn - Germany
Decorated by film set designer Marion Seul, BaseCamp is a cool, unique and extremely ingenious youth hostel housed in a former storage facility in Bonn, Germany. Developed as a campground, the hotel comprises 16 vintage caravans named according to the quirky decoration themes inside, from Big Ben and Drag Queen to Flower Power and 20.000 Leagues under the Sea. Moreover, guests will have the opportunity to sleep in a train, an American Airstream, a Trabant or a retro VW Transporter, to name but a few of the campground’s odd accommodation units.
El Cosmico - Marfa, TX, USA
